• Plan, prepare and deliver educational activities that promote development tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
• Adhere to Preschool policies and guidelines, maintaining the highest standards in safeguarding practise to ensure a secure environment for all children.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create an innovative and stimulating learning atmosphere.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and team members. 
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
